    Your mom called me. I was really happy to hear that Current replaced her aquarium. Current is an excellent company. I just wish they sold more aquariums. They are discontinuing a lot of them which sucks. I was so stressed out when she called me and told me it cracked. I didn’t know what the heck to do except give her a copy of my receipt. Very happy they took care of her.

    I was pretty stressed for her too. I gave her a 15gallon tank to get her by. So I heard you are a fish-aholic too? I am pretty crazy over my tanks too. I just got the 180 about three weeks ago. I finally got it dialed in about a week ago. I have over 40 fish. so the whole move was really stressful. I did something right though. Everybody lived and I even had a ick breakout and ended that. I hate Ick. you would think they would of came out with something to stop it.  I will be posting a video soon and you can check out my tank. I would love to see your tank too.

    Hey Jim,

    I told your mom that I am sicker than you. lol. She told me you are addicted pretty bad, I laughed and told her I don’t think you could be as bad as me. Lol. I dunno though, 40 fish?!?! What kind of fish??? I have a big 80 watt UV sterilizer on my 180. Tangs are really bad with Ich. Ich sucks bad. The UV really is a wonderful thing! =) I would love to see a video of your tank. You are doing a FOWLR? No corals at all?  I told your mom to go to seahorse.org. There is a ton of important and good reading material to read on seahorses. There are a lot of corals that you can’t keep with them. I finally broke down and added some acans to the seahorse tank tonight. I had to. It was driving me a little nuts. Acans are rated a 1 on the dangerous scare for seahorses. Plus the lady I bought my babies from had some acans and mushrooms in with hers. I thought heck, she breeds them and she has these beautiful corals in there. I have to do it. They were in a frag tank before. So ya…I am sick.

     

    Current is an excellent company. I am worried now about mine though. =(   It was set up here for almost a year with no problems. Mine has been up a little less than a year. Just a little worried about mine now. Hopefully it was just a bad couple tanks. I am definitely keeping an eye on it now though. =(

    Well should I recite the 12 days of christmas except change everything to fish? lol I have a emperor, blue face, majestic, and a scribbled Angel.(that’s why I cant have corals. lol) A blonde naso, powder blue, yellow, and a purple tang. Blue throat, clown, humu trigger, morish idol, stars and stripes puffer, spiny box puffer, wasp fish, mandarin, clown fish, starry blenney, 10 chromis, harliquinn tusk, two fire fish, orange back wrasse, red head fairy wrasse, saddle back butturfly, flame angel, flameback angel, long nose hawk fish, and a fox face. I am sure I am missing a few. lol I am hoping to make the 180 last for a few years and then I am going to buy a 300 and be done with upsizing my tank. I still want a chevron tang, potters angel, blue spot jawfish, and maybe a few more wrasses, but I think i have to stop for a while. I have a 55quarantine and thought about putting them in my quarantine and working them in the mix. As you can see I am a little addicted too.I bought all my fish small so they would grow up together. The only big one’s are the tusk, emperor, naso, and the blueface. The emperor is a bad mo-fo. I just got him like two weeks ago he 8′ and has streamers. What fish do you have?

     

    I have a 40 watt uv. It is like 3.5′ long. I love it it. It burned out my ick in about a day. Send me your email address. I will send you link to my video when I do it.
