Figured I’d put this out there, for all club members…
As mentioned, our club will have a tank set up, at the Bob Moore Frag Swap, in Tacoma. We will be selling corals, with a percentage of the proceeds going to the club. Members are welcome to participate, in several ways.
1. Members can donate corals to the club. Since it’s a donation, 100% of the proceeds will go to support the club.
2. Members can send corals over, for us to sell. 25% of the proceeds will go to support the club. You’ll need to get your corals to either Joanne or myself AND let us know your price. Make sure to also give us a minimum price, in case we need to lower prices. If your corals don’t sell, we would return them to you, of course. The sooner you get the corals to us, the less stress it will be put through. Moving your coral, to one of our tanks, within days of the swap, and then it being transported to Tacoma AND possibly back home, within just a couple days, will be more stressful than if the coral sits in one of our tanks, for a longer period of time, prior to the swap.
3. Join us, in Tacoma, for the fun!
The Bob Moore Frag Swap does require paid admission. I don’t remember what it costs, but I’m sure that information will be available soon. I believe PSAS members get in, at a reduced cost. PSAS membership sign ups will be available, at the swap.
