Help us raise funds for a new club PAR Meter and purchase a raffle ticket to win a complete aquarium controller system (an APEX EL and extra EB8, resulting in a total of 16 control plugs, a head unit, and the additional probes that come with a new APEX EL).
Tickets are $20 each.
You do not need to be present to win.

Terms and Conditions:
1. RAFFLE TICKET PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. The Spokane Coeur d Alene Reef Society APEX-EL Drawing (the “Drawing”) is open to all legal residents physically residing in the United States, 18 years of age or older. Void wherever prohibited by law. The entry period for the Drawing will begin on May 4th, 2024 will end at the end on August 10th, 2024 or when web purchases are closed.
2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter one must purchase a raffle ticket from Spokane Coeur d Alene Reef Society. Only those who purchase a raffle ticket are eligible to participate. Incomplete purchases, fraudulent purchases, and those which do not include all of the requested information will be deemed ineligible.
3. PRIZE: APEX EL CONTROLLER SYSTEM AND APEX EB8. Approximate Retail Value of prize is estimated to be $900. One winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on August 10, 2024. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prize will be awarded at the time of selection of winner. No substitutions of exchanges of prize(s) will be permitted. Winner must claim their prize within 30 days of drawing announcement and notification of award by Spokane Coeur d Alene Reef Society. Prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
4. CONDITIONS: Sponsor does not assume any responsibility for printing errors, lost or illegible entries, or any combination thereof. In the event this Drawing is compromised in any way, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Drawing. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Winner’s acceptance of a prize constitutes the grant to Sponsor of an unconditional right to use winner’s name, address (city and state only), voice, likeness, photograph, biographical and prize information and/or statements about the promotion for any publicity, advertising and promotional purposes or any purpose relating to the Drawing without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that it finds to be acting i) in violation of these Rules; ii) in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; iii) with the intent to threaten, annoy, abuse or harass any person or to disparage any goods or services of, or to erode the goodwill of, Sponsor; or iv) in a manner that Sponsor finds inappropriate, immoral or otherwise objectionable. Prize winners are responsible for payment of all local, state and federal income taxes and expenses arising from this contest. Sponsor reserves the exclusive right to interpret all conditions relating to this promotion, and Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Drawing.
5. ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible.
6. RELEASE: By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, illnesses, litigation or damages of any kind caused by the prize, resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, or occurring while participating in any prize-related activity. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. When prizes involve a third-party situation, winner absolves the Sponsor from any liability for the failure of any third-party provided of a prize.
7. ENTRANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION: Information collected from entrants is subject to the SPCDA Privacy Policy. The terms of this privacy policy are incorporated herein by reference.
